We partner with schools, parents, and youth organizations to expand pathways into emerging technology fields like AI, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

We are seeking a Social Media & Web Development Intern to help us amplify our message, launch new STEM programs, and connect with families and schools through strategic outreach and compelling digital campaigns.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Web Development Intern with web development skills to help us amplify our impact. You’ll play a key role in designing and executing social media campaigns that promote CSP’s STEM initiatives, drive engagement with families and schools, and elevate our digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging social media content, especially video campaigns, across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Collaborate with the CSP team to highlight new STEM programs and student success stories
• Create and edit video content to highlight CSP’s programs, student stories, and community impact
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to boost reach and engagement
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic web development tasks
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community dialogue
• Support outreach efforts to parents, educators, and youth organizations through digital storytelling

Qualifications

• Passion for youth empowerment and technology education
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trend analysis
• Experience with video editing tools and content creation
• Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS, WordPress or similar platforms)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit
