Job Summary

Mindwhiz is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer with strong expertise in social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram (USA-based). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, own an Instagram account with at least 10,000 followers, and have experience with influencer collaborations and managing international brand campaigns, preferably within the USA-based motivational speaker, public figure, community organization, and health and wellness industries.

This role requires strategic thinking, content creativity, and strong communication skills to grow and manage international influencers and enhance the brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create engaging and high-quality content for international audiences
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with international influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns
• Handle brand partnerships and promotional collaborations
• Monitor analytics, trends, and campaign performance to optimize results
• Manage online community interactions professionally with followers and partners
• Promote and manage marketing campaigns for international restaurant brands
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram marketing strategies and algorithms
• Experience working with international brands and audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of digital branding and performance marketing
• Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset
• Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management

Preferred Experience

• Experience in marketing for international Public Figures
• Strong portfolio or previous campaign results
• Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) is a plus
• Experience in content strategy and brand positioning
