Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to manage and optimise our online presence across search engines, social media platforms, and paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and Google Ads, and the capability to execute data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable growth.
SMO (Social Media Optimisation & Management):
● Plan, create, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Execute social media strategies based on audience insights, trends, and competitive research.
● Manage social media calendars, scheduling tools, and content performance.
● Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and maintain brand consistency.
● Analyse social media metrics and prepare performance reports for management review.
Google Ads & Paid Campaign Management:
● Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Develop and optimise campaigns for Traffic, Lead Generation, Engagement, and Conversions to meet business objectives.
● Conduct keyword research (Google Ads) and audience targeting (Meta Ads), including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
● Optimise budgets, bids, ad copies, creatives, placements, and overall campaign performance to maximise ROI.
● Generate detailed reports outlining spend, performance, and optimisation recommendations.
Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration:
● Track and evaluate performance across SEO, SMO, and paid campaigns to identify improvement areas.
● Maintain digital marketing schedules for ongoing tasks and upcoming campaigns.
● Prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
● Collaborate with designers, content writers, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
● 1-2years of experience in (Google & META) Ads & SMO
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, or related field.
● Proven experience in SEO, SMO, and Google Ads management.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and social media schedulers.
● Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and social media best practices.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategies.
● Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
