Job Summary/Description:
Are you obsessed with the creator economy? Do you understand why some videos explode to millions of views while others disappear into the void? Can you take a 45-minute podcast episode and turn it into five pieces of content that each hit differently on five different platforms? Then we need to talk.
Arizona's Family is looking for a Social Media Video Producer who is laser-focused on growing our streaming shows and podcast portfolio through bold, creative, platform-native video content. This isn't a traditional TV job — this is a digital-first, audience-obsessed, growth-driven role for someone who thinks like a content creator, executes like a producer, and analyzes like a strategist.
You'll be the engine behind turning our long-form streaming content and podcast episodes into short-form social gold — building loyal audiences, driving subscriptions, and putting Arizona's Family at the forefront of the next era of local media.
