 Main Responsibilities:

 Support routine facility inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Report and assist in responding to facility defects and damage
 </li>
 <li>
 Support requests to designated maintenance vendors and follow-up coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Support communication and issue handling with the landlord regarding facility-related matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with minor maintenance, site upkeep, and equipment checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean the entire space and office area daily before mall opening hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out special cleaning and repair work for contaminated facilities twice a month
 </li>
