We are seeking an experienced and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions that inspire, engage, and transform learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service, problem-solving, and time management.
• Assess training needs and customize content to suit different industries and learner profiles.
• Conduct interactive workshops, roleplays, and activities that encourage active learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in soft skills training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and adapt training styles accordingly.
• Excellent command of English/Arabic is required.
• Certification in training in TOT or a related field is an advantage.
