Software Developer

We're looking for a software developer who loves solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and continuously learning. You'll join a friendly, cross-functional team to design and build internal business applications—and you'll get hands-on experience with Elixir (no prior Elixir experience required—just the willingness to learn!).

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain practical business software

• Work across the stack (mostly backend + some basic frontend)

• Contribute to the full development cycle: design, build, test, deploy

• Learn and use Elixir on the job

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Java, etc.)

• Experience with relational databases and complex SQL queries

• Strong understanding of Git, client-server architecture, and Linux environments

• Ability to build basic web pages with HTML/CSS

• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have:

• Exposure to functional programming (Elixir, Elm, Scheme, etc.)

• Familiarity with React or similar frontend libraries

• Experience with testing and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of common business domains (e-commerce, inventory, sales, etc.)
