About the Role

The Software Developer will play a crucial role in the development and design of automation projects, utilizing a low-code application development platform to enhance our software offerings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and design of automation projects using a low-code application development platform.
• Perform unit testing and refactor new and existing software applications.
• Apply best practice development techniques, including coding standards and design patterns.
• Actively contribute to the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, estimations, and testing.
• Engage fully in all aspects of the Scrum framework, including Sprint Goals, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Continuously learn new technologies to meet business and architectural needs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Enhance existing applications through development of change requests, investigation, and implementation of fixes for reported issues.
• Provide expert-level assistance and support to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expert business knowledge and leverage strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably with experience in low-code platforms.
