Software Developer - Backend

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications using Laravel (PHP Framework).
• Design and manage efficient database structures in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.
• Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage third-party integrations such as payment gateways or external APIs.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Laravel Framework.
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC Architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Experience with Git / Bitbucket for version control.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or other deployment tools is a plus.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integration purposes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
