Software Developer - GenAI Solutions

About this Position

The GenAI Developer focuses primarily on the development of Conversational Chatbots and GenAI Solutions. They have broad technical knowledge with Microsoft Azure and OpenAI technologies that can help them develop solutions that meet business requirements. They partner with different stakeholders to share advice & knowledge. The developers help evaluate new technologies in the area of conversational chatbots and GenAI, and they support to govern the environment. They are effective team member with the ability to meet targets under constraints, have a strong ability to grasp new concepts with ease, have excellent presentation skills, and are effective communicators - both verbal and written.

What you´ll do

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying chatbot applications.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with third-party services via RESTful APIs.
• Strong Experience in Python (NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, LangChain and LangGraph), and familiar with C# and .NET Framework
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Cognitive services (Azure search, Document Intelligence, Azure Open AI)

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Development, or any relevant study
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Experience in Power BI in analytics and reporting is a plus
• Project Management Skills; leading chatbot projects from concept to deployment, using agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Preferrable expertise in Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.
