What You’ll Do

• Train custom datasets using neural networks and other machine learning techniques to optimize model performance for specific tasks and scenario
• Work on agentic AI systems, combining tool-use, task decomposition, and adaptive reasoning.
• Implement and experiment with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using modern frameworks.
• Work with LLMs (open-source and commercial) and integrate them into real-world products.
• Translate vague startup requirements into working prototypes.
• Collaborate with senior AI leads for high-level guidance, but independently execute solutions without hand-holding.
• Adapt fast, learn continuously, and troubleshoot creatively in a lean development environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, especially in supervised training and fine-tuning.
• Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate), and embedding models.
• Ability to work with open-source LLMs and integrate them into backend workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn, research, and problem-solve independently.
• Previous experience in agentic systems or building AI agents is a huge plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup-paced environment with minimal process and maximum ownership.

Bonus Points

• Experience with NLP pipelines, chatbots, or knowledge-based assistants.
• Familiarity with Mistral, Llama, or DeepSeek models.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or your own GitHub/Colab demos.
• Exposure to multi-agent collaboration, toolformer-like behavior, or custom fine-tuning.
