Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and enhance system functionality, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in project management and team leadership. - Familiarity with integration processes and data migration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - This position is based at our Gurugram client office. It is mandatory to work from client office 3 days/week - A 15 years full time education is required.
