Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and SQL Server
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices
• Design scalable, high-performance, and secure systems

AI & Intelligent Application Development

Drive integration of AI/ML features into applications, such as:

• Predictive analytics
• Forecasting & recommendations
• Automation and decision-support systems
• AI-powered reporting and insights
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deploy AI models into production
• Support model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring)

.NET Application Development

• Lead development using:
• C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC / Web API
• Microservices and RESTful APIs
• Background services and batch processing
• Ensure clean architecture, modular design, and maintainable codebases

Database & Data Management (SQL Server)

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Develop and tune: o Stored procedures
• Views and functions o Complex queries and performance-critical operations
• Ensure data integrity, security, and high availability

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Conduct code reviews, performance reviews, and technical mentoring
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality

DevOps, Security & Quality

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Ensure application security, role-based access, and data privacy compliance
• Lead automated testing, performance testing, and production support
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a Lead / Senior Technical role
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) o SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning)
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
• Strong understanding of:
• Microservices architecture o API design
• Object-oriented and SOLID principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a plus
• Agile / DevOps certifications are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
