HSK Digitronix is hiring an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Graphic Sales to lead our sales efforts for streamers, gamers, and content creators. You'll manage a small sales team, build client relationships, and close deals for high-quality graphic services like overlays, logos, stream packs, banners, and 2D/3D models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales reps focused on selling graphics to streamers, gamers, and digital brands
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close high-converting deals
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant services (overlays, stream packs, 2D/3D models, logos, etc.)
- Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and provide regular coaching
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth communication and accurate delivery of client expectations
- Identify market trends in the gaming and streaming space to improve offerings
- Handle key accounts and major client relationships personally
- Create and maintain reports on team performance, conversions, and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in digital or creative services
- Familiarity with gaming, streaming, and content creation platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick
- Proven ability to sell branding and design services to online creators
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based role
- Experience using CRM tools and tracking sales metrics
- Ability to manage remote sales teams and motivate performance
- Strong understanding of graphic design deliverables (you won’t design, but you’ll need to sell it effectively)
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
(Candidates may be assigned one shift based on availability and company needs)
