Software Development Operations Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Engineering Manager to lead and orchestrate the day-to-day activities of our Lahore-based team. This critical role is for a versatile leader who excels at optimizing processes and workflows. You will be the operational anchor, ensuring smooth execution by understanding our technical workflows, validating project timelines, and maintaining a high standard of quality and accountability across development, DevOps, and related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Versatile Technical Team: Provide daily management, mentorship, and operational direction for the Lahore-based team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Ensure Accountability & Realistic Planning: Track progress against milestones and work with the team to assess and validate project timelines, ensuring commitments are clear and achievable.
• Optimize Processes & Workflows: This is not a purely managerial role. You will be expected to:
• Conduct in-depth reviews of team processes and provide guidance for improvement.
• Step in to assist with critical operational tasks, which may include coordinating DevOps initiatives, resolving workflow bottlenecks, or facilitating cross-team collaboration.
• Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact for the Lahore team, collaborating with development, DevOps, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee Product Development: Guide the team's technical contribution to our CAD & Home Design products, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical team leadership or operations management.
• Proven experience in a versatile technical environment; familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, or digital marketing technology is essential.
• A natural ownership mentality with strong initiative and a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent English conversation skills with the ability to maintain clear accountability and drive team performance.
