We are seeking an experienced
Software/Digital Solutions Engineer - Customer Facing - Manager
to lead the designing, developing, and testing software applications, customizing solutions to meet client needs, and providing technical support and training to customers and sales teams. This role acts as a bridge between a company's technical teams and its clients, ensuring software solutions are implemented successfully and align with client requirements.
What You’ll Do

Liaise with clients to understand their technical needs and goals

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions

Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements

Customize and configure software applications based on specific client requirements.

Review project specifications, develop solutions as per design, prepare compliance statement

Experience in designing the system/ solution architecture using Automation products RTU’s, Gateways, Protocol converters and SCADA Software
-
Collaborate with software development and sales teams to create tailored solutions. Assist with product demonstrations and technical proposals

Act as primary technical contact for customers, providing support for both pre-sales and post-sales issues, and troubleshooting complex technical problems

Manage the full application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Work with the sales team to provide technical guidance to prospective customers.This includes conducting feasibility studies, performing product demonstrations, and preparing technical proposals

Support and execute a regional business growth strategy for our Brightlayer software / digital solutions to achieve or exceed growth targets limited to PMCC business

Develop technical collateral, case studies, and best practice documentation, Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective customers

Collaborate with the marketing teams to tailor campaigns for C&I, Transportation, O&G and utilities solutions

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions in the power monitoring and energy management space

Build and present customized proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations to demonstrate the product's capabilities to potential clients
Qualifications
-
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Software Engineering or equivalent experience in similar job function

7+years experience leading software business
Skills

In depth knowledge of SCADA Automation solutions, RTU's, Electrical power monitoring and energy management solutions

Building strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributes

Experience on support sales/presales team technically

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
