Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who is proactive, curious, and eager to grow. You’ll work closely with fellow backend engineers, game developers, product managers, and data & growth teams to build and scale the systems that power our games. If you’re someone who learns fast, loves solving technical challenges, and thrives in collaborative environments, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power live game operations and internal tools
• Develop and optimize low-latency , high-throughput APIs and services to support gameplay and growth functions
• Contribute to data pipelines , dashboards , and tools that help teams make smarter, faster decisions
• Work with technologies like PostgreSQL , Redis , Kafka , Docker , and Kubernetes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, game development, data, and growth teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one backend language, especially Java
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs , data modeling , and cloud-based systems
• Familiarity with relational databases (especially PostgreSQL ) and NoSQL/Redis
• Great communication and collaboration skills; kind, curious, and open to feedback.
• A proactive mindset; comfortable asking questions, proposing ideas, and diving into new challenges

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to or interest in Spring Boot, Kafka , Docker , Kubernetes , or cloud-native infrastructure
• Curiosity about game development or real-time systems
• Side projects, open-source contributions, or gaming-related development experience
