JOB DESCRIPTION

Back Alive is a fast-growing barbershop brand in Dubai with locations in City Walk and Dubai Marina. We're building the tech backbone to scale our franchise - and we need a sharp engineer to help make it happen.

We're looking for a Software Engineer who can vibe with AI-assisted coding tools and ship real products. You'll work directly with the founders to build apps, internal tools, and systems that power our growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Develop franchise management systems
• Create internal tools and automations
• Work with AI coding assistants to move fast
• Turn ideas into working products
• Collaborate with the team to ship quickly and iterate

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of software development experience
• Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Ability to ship products, not just write code
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with React Native or Flutter
• Backend experience (Node.js, Python)
• Previous startup or small team experience
• Portfolio of shipped projects
