We're seeking a skilled software engineer who can support and drive delivery of new platform features while taking ownership of complex technical challenges. As our Software Engineer II, you'll leverage your solid grasp of our tech stack and engineering trends to develop solutions that enhance our web and mobile platforms while mentoring fellow engineers.

✓ Platform ownership: Take responsibility for production issues and work actively toward timely resolution while understanding system dependencies
✓ Strategic influence: Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to technical discussions that shape our development framework
✓ Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and team leads during sprint planning while helping estimate and prioritize development stories
✓ Technical leadership: Lead software architecture discussions while mentoring and assisting other engineers in their growth
Build platform excellence: Design, code, and test new platform components, features, and enhancements for web and mobile platforms using Swift/Java/Kotlin technologies.
Solve complex challenges: Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across our platform while monitoring and enhancing performance tools in production environments.
Drive technical strategy: Lead software architecture discussions, actively contribute to technical conversations, and help identify strategies to resolve technical debt.
Support sprint success: Assist team leads during sprint grooming, planning, and kick-off by providing estimates, raising awareness, and clarifying implementation details.
Mentor team members: Guide and assist other engineers while demonstrating ownership for development across team and cross-functional collaborations.
Create actionable solutions: Develop user stories to resolve production issues, technical debt, and improvement opportunities while prioritizing development user stories.
