Job responsibilities

Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting for multiple components and systems

Develop and productionize high-quality machine learning models and services to improve operational risk processes and analyses

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective solutions

Write secure and high-quality code using at least one programming language

Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with consideration of upstream and downstream technical implications

Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance automation and value

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience

Experience in Java, Advanced Java, ReactJS, Oracle, Kafka, Microservices, and Cloud

Experience with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins) including unit testing

Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languages

Demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages

Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
