Position: Software Implementation and Support Executive
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Description:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized software solutions.
- Efficiently manage the implementation process of our software solutions in collaboration with clients.
- Provide expert technical support to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Identify areas for process optimization and offer actionable recommendations to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our software solutions to the fullest.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated experience in HR Software Solutions/HCM Modules.
- Education: BBA/BS - CS/IT, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
