Position: Software Implementation and Support Executive

Job Description:

· Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized software solutions.

· Efficiently manage the implementation process of our software solutions in collaboration with clients.

· Provide expert technical support to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

· Foster and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.

· Identify areas for process optimization and offer actionable recommendations to clients.

· Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our software solutions to the fullest.

· Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in HR Software Solutions/HCM Modules.

· Education: BBA/BS - CS/IT, or related field.
