Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SalesForce)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce SQA Engineer with 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and hands-on expertise in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce-based solutions through thorough testing, defect management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.
• Validate Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, Lightning components, workflows, and process automation.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and data validation techniques.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira or other defect management platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
• Support test automation initiatives and contribute to improving QA processes where applicable.
• Participate in sprint planning, review sessions, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role.
• Proven hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related functionalities.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Solid knowledge of API testing, integration testing, and data validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
