​What We Offer (Salary & Benefits):

• ​Experienced Professionals(3+ Years) : Up to Rs. 150,000 / month + Commissions
• ​Freshers / Trainees: 3 Months Trainee Period (Purely Commission-Based).
• ​Note: Hardworking trainees easily earn Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000 / month through commissions during this period. Successful completion leads to a permanent job with a fixed salary.

​What You Will Do:

• ​Sell our software products and IT services across Pakistan.
• ​Client Hunting & Lead Generation: Find new potential clients (Schools/Colleges/Businesses).
• ​Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers confidently.
• ​Product Demos: Give online demos of our software to clients and close the deals.

​Requirements:

• ​Experience: 3+ years of overall experience (with at least 1 year inside a structured company environment). [Freshers can apply for the Trainee track]
• ​Core Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and closing skills.
• ​Traits: Fast learner (to understand our IT products), highly adaptable, and hardworking.
