Software Sales Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven, people-oriented Software Sales Manager to join our team.

What we expect from you

• Preferably experience in SaaS / technology / HR-Tech / B2B sales

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle with corporate clients (prospecting – demo – proposal – closing)

• Strong capability to understand client needs and recommend the right solution

• Discipline in using CRM tools and managing the sales pipeline

• Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and reporting skills

• Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, team-oriented

Nice to have: Familiarity with HR processes, ATS/HRIS systems, or software products.

What you will do

• Build target customer lists and drive new customer acquisition

• Deliver online and on-site product demos

• Prepare proposals and manage negotiation and closing processes

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify growth opportunities

• Share feedback with the marketing and product teams

• Keep the CRM and pipeline updated and report regularly
