About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Software Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting software products, understanding client requirements, and driving sales through both on-field visits and telephonic follow-ups.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn software marketing, client relationship management, and business development in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients’ offices, shops, or establishments to present and promote our software solutions.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and record detailed needs.
- Conduct software demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Generate and manage leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure closures.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in local promotional activities or events.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on visits, calls, and conversion status.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting product demos and engaging with customers.
- Good understanding of software/IT products or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven personality.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, email, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language: Fluency in English and local/regional language preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
