1 Stop Success is a healthcare CRM, practice management system, and marketing company that offers all-in-one SaaS and marketing solutions for small and medium sized health care practices. 1 Stop Success was founded by an entrepreneur who owns several healthcare practices in the United States, and built 1 Stop Success to offer a comprehensive solution to the pain points common to all of them. The Company has two components: a software product and a marketing services. The software consolidates a half-dozen functions, covering lead generation, patient communication, call tracking, paid marketing attribution, 5-star review generation, and email marketing campaigns. The marketing services 1 Stop Success offers include web design, search engine optimization (SEO), paid ad management, website hosting/maintenance, email marketing, and social media management.

Job Description

1 Stop Success is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to serve in a hybrid sales and product management role. Currently, 1 Stop Success’ founder handles day-to-day account management for existing clients and new business generation. As the company grows, he is seeking a candidate who can work with him to grow the business by performing all “customer-facing” tasks alongside of him (back-end work, including software development and marketing services, will continue to be completed by the development and design team).

Responsibilities

● Develop deep understanding of software product and service offerings.

● Participate in sales and perform demos.

● Participate in client onboarding.

● Work with 1 Stop Success team to coordinate service delivery.

● Participate in ongoing customer service and support.

Qualifications

● Motivated, charismatic individual with strong interpersonal skills

● Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in being part of an early-stage, growing company

● Passions for customer service and business development

● Knowledge of CRMs, practice management systems, and healthcare.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
