Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Probation: 3 months (salary increment after successful completion)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Specialist fluent in German to join our client’s team in Karachi. The role involves selling software solutions to German-speaking clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of software products and the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities and manage client relationships with German-speaking customers.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate software solutions.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications and meetings.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in software sales or B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work full-time and meet performance goals
