About the Role

We are seeking a Software Solution Architect who will work on both technical and design aspects of projects. This role requires creativity, deep technical expertise, and strong leadership. The architect will define high-level and detailed technical designs, collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and actively participate in the development lifecycle.

Our current backend technologies include C# / ASP.NET Core, Python, PHP, JSON, Bash, and occasional integration work using JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
• Define and review high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Oversee product releases, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership on early adoption projects and manage project milestones.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and product owners to ensure alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose system enhancements.
• Listen to customer needs, articulate solutions, and develop implementation plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Review reports, identify gaps/blockers, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Suggest improvements to customers’ digital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of computing/storage platforms, operating systems, DevOps pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Risk Management frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments (required).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
