Role Overview

The Software Solution Architect is a critical contributor to both the architectural and technical direction of our products. This role demands a balance of innovation, leadership, and hands-on technical expertise. You will be responsible for shaping system architectures at both high-level and detailed layers, working closely with product owners and engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions that align with organizational strategy.

In addition to architectural responsibilities, this position includes active involvement throughout the software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on backend systems and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams while partnering with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches and deployments.
• Support early-stage and pilot initiatives, taking on project coordination tasks as necessary.
• Serve as a key point of communication, representing the product across technical and business audiences.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts.
• Gather and analyze customer needs, translating them into practical technical solutions and rollout plans.
• Ensure milestones related to governance, pricing, enablement, and training are achieved on schedule.
• Track, document, and communicate progress while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Align functional requirements with business priorities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide daily oversight of project and program activities across departments.
• Work closely with distributed teams across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Support, Managed Services, and Pricing.
• Promote transparency and clarity in communication between technical, business, and product teams.
• Stay current with client systems, operational practices, and Agile processes.
• Propose enhancements to existing digital platforms and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture or technical design roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience using modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and reporting methodologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components including compute, storage, operating systems, networking, and DevOps workflows.
• Programming experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in IT automation; exposure to tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet is highly desirable.
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and proactive in solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
• Practical experience working within Agile development environments.
