Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Software Solutions Architect who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership. The role focuses on designing overall system architecture, developing detailed technical frameworks, and working closely with product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into scalable and secure technical solutions that align with the organization’s product roadmap and long-term technology goals. This is also a hands-on role that requires active participation in backend development, API architecture, and the broader software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and guide architectural strategies for various teams and development initiatives
• Work closely with product leaders, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Convert functional and business requirements into robust and scalable system architectures
• Contribute to and oversee processes throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support smooth product releases and successful customer adoption
• Ensure completion of governance, pricing, and training-related milestones on schedule
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to remove obstacles
• Provide technical direction and serve as a trusted advisor for product development
• Encourage effective collaboration between distributed teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, Managed Services, and Pricing
• Recommend improvements to digital tools, systems, and development practices
• Align technology decisions with business priorities to optimize resource usage

Required Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture or software design roles
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience using modern development technologies
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile development environments
• Familiarity with risk management practices and reporting processes

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of computing infrastructure and storage environments
• Understanding of operating systems and network connectivity principles
• Experience building and managing DevOps pipelines and workflows
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript
• Solid background in IT automation
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet is considered a plus
