Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Solutions Architect who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities. This role involves designing both high-level system architecture and detailed technical solutions while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and future-ready systems that align with the organization’s long-term technology roadmap. This is a hands-on position requiring active involvement in backend development, API design, and the overall software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define architectural strategies across multiple teams and projects
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Convert business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Support smooth product releases and successful customer onboarding
• Ensure timely delivery of governance, pricing, and training milestones
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures
• Act as a technical advisor and promote best practices in product development
• Enable effective communication across distributed teams including Product, Engineering, Support, Managed Services, and Pricing
• Recommend improvements in systems, tools, and development processes
• Align technical initiatives with business priorities for optimal resource utilization

Required QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or software design
• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and reporting practices

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of computing infrastructure and storage systems
• Understanding of operating systems and network connectivity concepts
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript
• Solid background in IT automation
• Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet is preferred
