What you’ll do at Elekta

As a Software Specialist based in Istanbul, you will support the installation, upgrading, and technical servicing of Elekta software solutions and associated third-party products. You'll work closely with clinical customers, internal teams, and global partners to ensure optimal system performance and timely resolution of product issues. Your work helps ensure that our products continue delivering life-saving care with reliability and excellence. You’ll be a key point of contact for customer technical issues, ensuring swift diagnosis and resolution while maintaining Elekta’s high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Flexible, team-oriented, and driven by a desire to make a difference.

• Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to solving problems.

• Comfortable interacting with both clinical and technical stakeholders.

What you bring

• Knowledge of desktop PCs, Microsoft SQL, Citrix, Networking, and Microsoft Server OS is essential.

• Experience in a technical support environment.

• Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written is required; proficiency in French, German, or Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience in medical imaging, linear accelerators, or radiotherapy products is desirable but not required.

• Willingness to travel at short notice and support global operations, including weekend coverage. Travel expectations are around 50% in this role.

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
