Software Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software/application support.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MySQL (queries, procedures, debugging, complex query writing, and database issue resolution).
• Good understanding of Banking/Financial Services workflows (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of VB (added advantage).
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (added advantage).
• Must have own laptop.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
• Male candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
