Software Support Engineer

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level support for
  • software applications.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, configuration, and integration.
  • Liaise with end-users to identify issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when required.
  • Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and system testing.
  • Deliver user training and support for software-related queries
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate degree (IT, Computer Science,or related field).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in software support or a related technical role.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,250.00 per month
