Software Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Software Support & Deployment Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and support of our software products, ensuring client satisfaction through technical excellence and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for software applications.
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
• Test and deploy software applications in various environments.
• Manage database setup, including backup, restoration, and data migration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.

Skills:

Travel Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to client premises within the assigned territory.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
