- Desired Prior working experience in technical support or related functions·
- Logging and resolving customer issues·
- Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources·
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary·
- Assisting clients for onsite/ offsite technical installation and support.
- QA tasks and technical documentation.
- Administration of SQL databases·
- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software bugs.
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps·
- Improvement of existing application by analyzing and identifying areas of modification.
- Participation in providing training to customers as required·
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including well-developed listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Perform other related duties as required.
