Software Support Engineer

  • Desired Prior working experience in technical support or related functions·
  • Logging and resolving customer issues·
  • Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources·
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary·
  • Assisting clients for onsite/ offsite technical installation and support.
  • QA tasks and technical documentation.
  • Administration of SQL databases·
  • Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software bugs.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps·
  • Improvement of existing application by analyzing and identifying areas of modification.
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required·
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including well-developed listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
