Role: Software Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Software Support Engineer to support the Order Fallout (M6) operations. The engineer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving order fallout issues, ensuring smooth order flow, system stability, and timely resolution of production defects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for M6 Order Fallout incidents and service requests.

Monitor order flows and proactively identify fallouts or processing failures.

Perform detailed root-cause analysis and apply appropriate fixes or workarounds.

Collaborate with development teams for code-level investigation and defect resolution.

Ensure timely order recovery and restoration of impacted processes.

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for operational tasks.

Configure and monitor alerts to detect fallout issues proactively.

Work with cross-functional teams (OMS, middleware, downstream systems) to resolve fallout dependencies.

Participate in production support, release validation, and deployment activities.

Handle tool configuration, automation scripts, and system monitoring improvements.

Required Skills

Experience in Order Fallout (M6) or telecom order management systems.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments.

Hands-on experience with L2/L3 support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

Good understanding of order workflow systems, OMS, and related integrations.

Knowledge of scripting (Shell/Python) is an added advantage.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹352,126.95 - ₹1,536,587.94 per year
