To work on software solutions for both Zes and Electrip brands, we are looking for a Software Technical Product Management Senior Specialist (Mobile Applications) located in Ankara. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative environment and play a leading role in the expanding electric vehicle (EV) market.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Software Technical Product Management Senior Specialist (Mobile Applications) , you will take ownership of our mobile application planning, and execution. You will be based in Ankara and will report to Software Technical Product Management Executive (Mobile Applications) in Technology and Digital Solutions Directorate.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

• Lead the implementations of our EV charging station mobile applications.
• Work closely with product management teams, regional teams to understand local needs and seek for global best practices/use cases to define and manage the short and long-term product roadmap, review continuously to keep it up to date.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and third-party developers to ensure technical requirements and architecture are clearly defined.
• Work with the project manager to define the mobile application project strategy and delivery schedule.
• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and control of mobile apps.
• Plan, execute, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before release.
• Ensuring the project is executed on time and meets quality standards.
• Manage integrations between mobile applications (native) and backend systems.
• Analyze and prioritize product backlog.
• Prepare the necessary functional requirements and tasks for the project and regularly compare competitors.
• Coordinate and manage product development with internal departments and all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project-related risks and estimate their potential impact.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in software product development as a Product Owner, Business/Technical Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record in mobile application development projects (native or hybrid) and backend integrations
• Experienced or knowledge in mobile application development (Native (iOS, Android)) and optimizing mobile user experience (UX)
• Good understanding about backend, mobile technologies and technical integrations
• Used to working with IT Teams
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience gathering business requirements and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to set KPI’s and monitor, evaluate regularly to effectively manage products’ time to market,
• Being able to think analytically, practical and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EV charging, energy, or mobility sector .
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for mobile.
• Familiarity with Firebase, App Center, or similar analytics tools .
