Position: Software Tester – Executive (Preferred female )

Experience: 0-2 years

Location: Gurgaon (Currently work from home)

Salary: As per the company

We work closely with leading brands in industries like MedTech and industrial equipment, helping them improve visibility, reduce operational bottlenecks, and drive smarter decision-making across their networks.

Responsibilities :

Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Analysing test results on impacts, errors or bugs, and executing them on software usability.
Participating in reviews, preparing reports and providing inputs on requirements and problems.
Identifying and helping in removing bugs, glitches and other user experience issues.
Create test plans/ used cases, requirements , scenarios, and test data.
Create a QA report and bug list based on the outcome of QA test cycles.
Create logs to document testing cases and defects.
Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering) in computer science, information systems, or similar.
0-2 years experience in an IT performance analysis.
In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs .
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding test life cycle.
Proficiency in English (Verbal and written) communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work on weekends.
