Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Software Testing professionals, including candidates with career gaps, to join our Quality Assurance team. If you have taken a break in your career and are looking to re-enter the IT industry, this opportunity is open to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand software requirements and functional specifications
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity)
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Participate in testing documentation and reporting
• Support automation testing activities (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts and STLC
• Understanding of Manual Testing fundamentals
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
• Basic awareness of Automation Testing tools is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with career breaks are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
