Software Testing Trainer
Müller's Solutions is actively searching for a knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
1. Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill level
2. Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
3. Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
4. Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
6. Deliver testing training for neuro-diverse candidates
- The instructor must be able to deliver high-quality instruction in the following areas:
- Testing Types: Functional vs. Non-functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT.
- Methodologies: Waterfall, V-Model, Agile/Scrum
- Test and Design Black-box (Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis), White-box, and Experience-based testing.
Requirements
Requirements:
- ISTQB certified
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training
- Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
- Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
- Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
- Industry experience translating theory into practice
