Software/IT Support Executive

We are looking for an Software/IT Support Executive to provide assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.

The responsibilities include ERP software support, Customer training, resolving network issues, provide immediate support via phone/ remote desktop connections.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 3,000 to 5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues

* Diagnose problems and deliver timely, effective solutions

* Install and manage SQL Server and Windows Server environments (2012–2022)

* Configure and support Dynamic DNS (DynDNS) and Fortinet SSL VPN

* Install and support ERP systems, including user training

* Set up POS systems, barcode printers, CCTV, and biometric devices

* Monitor servers, backups, and ensure data integrity

* Upgrade hardware (RAM, SSD) and maintain IT systems

Qualifications

• The candidate must have experience in supporting ERP modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Finance
• Min. two years’ experience in a professional IT work environment
• Hands on experience in networking especially Fortinet Firewall.
• To be qualified for this role, you should hold a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in computer engineering.
• Must have UAE Valid Driving License
