Full Job Description:

  • Provide fiduciary level analysis for potential customers.
  • Responsible for client communications and the efficient completion of client deliverables.
  • Enables accurate and regular two-way communication between the client and company to ensure project success and manage client expectations.
  • Works closely with each department within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects for the client.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to customers or prospects.
  • Provides regular reporting and feedback on all account activity and progress while creating efficiencies in company processes.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis to educate and assist clients with marketing strategies and new opportunities.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Qualitative experience with account management/project management experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and strong problem-solving skills to help resolve customer challenges
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to customers
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical
  • Goal oriented, focused, and possess the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Commute
