Solar Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a careful and responsible Solar Panel Cleaner to join our team. The main role is to keep solar panels clean from dust, bird droppings, and other dirt so they can work at their best. Clean panels help produce more energy and last longer.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean solar panels regularly using safe methods and tools.
• Check panels for dirt, damage, or anything blocking sunlight.
• Keep records of cleaning schedules and work done.
• Always follow safety rules, including using PPE and working safely at heights.
• Report any panel damage or system issues to the technical team.
• Use water and cleaning materials responsibly, following company and environmental rules.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights with safety gear.
• Pay close attention to detail and deliver quality work.
• Physically fit to carry and handle equipment.
• Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus.
