Job Summary: Solar Consultant – Australian Outbound Process

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Solar Consultant to join our dynamic outbound calling team for the Australian market. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for sales, capable of building rapport, engaging meaningfully with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for our solar and battery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Engage strategically with prospects via phone calls, emails, and live chats to promote solar and battery systems, offering personalized energy solutions while consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Lead Management & Analysis: Identify and qualify self-generated leads, using data-driven insights to maintain a strong conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.
  • Rebate Application Management: Oversee the complete Solar VIC rebate process, ensuring accurate documentation, prompt submission, and proactive tracking to accelerate approvals.
  • Lead Re-engagement: Reconnect with dormant or aged leads through structured cold-calling initiatives, successfully converting inactive prospects into new customers.
  • Customer Retention & Feedback: Collect post-installation feedback and referrals to enhance customer satisfaction, brand credibility, and long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling or lead generation (preferably in international/Australian processes)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation or solar energy solutions will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • in outbound calling or lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
