Job Overview:

We are seeking a Solar Field Sales Officer with 1–2 years of experience in solar sales. You will generate leads, conduct client visits, present proposals, and achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into solar product sales.
• Conduct on-site client surveys and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for timely project completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in solar sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field operations and client site visits in Sargodha.
• Knowledge of solar products and installations is a plus.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
