Job Summary

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for a C&I Sales Specialist to support commercial and industrial solar sales across South Punjab. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads in industrial sectors, supporting EPC partners, and promoting solar and energy storage solutions including hybrid inverters and BESS systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the solar industry, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to work closely with EPC partners and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and industrial clients interested in solar and energy storage solutions.
• Generate leads from industrial zones, factories, hospitals, shopping malls, and warehouses.
• Conduct site visits and preliminary energy assessments for potential projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with solar EPC companies and system integrators.
• Support EPC partners with product information, system configuration guidance, and pricing details.
• Promote solutions including hybrid inverters, solar systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Provide feedback on market demand, product performance, and competitive trends.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and assist in proposal discussions with clients.
• Travel frequently to industrial zones and EPC offices within the region.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (preferred in C&I or EPC-related roles).
• Hands-on knowledge or experience with:
• Hybrid inverters
• Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Experience working with industrial clients, EPC companies, or system integrators.
• Strong technical sales, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across South Punjab.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
