Solar Inverter & Panels Installer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in installing, commissioning, and maintaining solar power systems (hybrid, on-grid, and off-grid) up to 500 kW, as well as good leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test and commission solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated components
• Work on hybrid, on-grid and off-grid systems up to 500 kW
• Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Manage site activities from start to finish
• Lead and supervise installation teams
• Ensure safety and quality standards on all projects
• Coordinate with clients and vendors as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ 2+ years’ experience in solar installations (portfolio required)
✔ Expertise in hybrid, on-grid & off-grid systems
✔ Experience in electrification projects & industrial solar installations
✔ Strong team & site management skills
✔ Valid driver’s license and able to travel
✔ Education: Minimum Matriculation
✔ Diploma / Technical certification in electrical/renewables preferred
