URGENT OPENING FOR SOLAR PANEL INSTALLER- SOLAR COMPANY WITH GOOD SALARY, ATTRACTIVE ALLOWANCES AND INCENTIVES

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Solar Panels:
• Install solar panels, racking systems, and related electrical components on roofs or other structures as per site plans.
• Ensure proper alignment and secure installation, following safety and technical guidelines.
• Field Travel and Site Assessments:
• Travel to various client sites for installation, assessment, and maintenance work.
• Evaluate roof structures, shading, and electrical systems to determine the best solar panel installation locations.
• Electrical Wiring:
• Run and connect electrical wiring between solar panels, inverters, and electrical panels.
• Ensure all connections comply with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• System Testing and Maintenance:
• Test the installed systems to ensure they are fully functional.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of solar systems as required.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with customers, explaining the installation process and providing basic operational guidance for the solar systems.
• Address any customer queries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols while on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and standards.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work alongside other installers and project managers to meet installation deadlines and quality standards.
• Documentation:
• Complete installation and service reports, including time logs, progress reports, and safety checklists.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years old.
• Location: Local candidates preferred (Coimbatore).
• Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to various field locations.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.
• Experience: Prior experience in solar panel installation or similar fields (electrical work, construction) is a plus.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma. Technical certification in electrical work is preferred but not required.
• Physical Ability: Must be physically fit to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy panels, working at heights, and traveling to job sites.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of basic electrical systems.
• Familiarity with solar panel technology and installation methods.
• Good communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
